I met with Brenda for 8 weeks where she taught me about vision boards and how they can benefit my life. I’ve learned about positive/negative energy forces and how to keep a balance in my life. She taught me the concept of R & R (repent and replace) which made a lot of sense and has brought peace and calmness into my life. I’ve learned about chakras and how to balance them as well as how to ground myself. I learned about writing declarations and positive affirmations. We’ve also done generational clearings which is totally amazing to me.

Brenda has helped me on many occasions with both mental and physical struggles. She has been especially helpful with depression, anxiety, and stubborn migraines. There have been countless times that I have had migraines that will not go away. I will ask Brenda to work on me and within 30 minutes my migraine is gone. Anytime I am struggling I reach out to her and she drops everything to help me. She is absolutely amazing at what she does and has been such a blessing in my life.

Brenda is incredible and has a great gift for healing. Her Body Code sessions are so helpful to me! Whenever I’m feeling pain, overly stressed, can’t get ahold of my emotions or just feel off I go to Brenda and she takes care of me.
